Health and Dental Coverage
Hill & Knowlton Canada has one of the most comprehensive health and dental packages in the marketplace. Extensive Life, Health and Dental coverage for employees and their dependents is provided at no cost to employees.
Dental Coverage
100% reimbursement of routine expenses - no deductible, no annual limit, 80% reimbursement of major restorative expenses, no deductible, Orthodontia for dependent children.
Extended Health
90% reimbursement - no deductible, no annual limit covering:
- Prescriptions
- Paramedical services such as massage and physiotherapy - up to $500 annually for each service for each individual covered
- Vision care
Life Insurance
Basic coverage is three times your annual salary, with additional optional life available.
This plan includes Out of Country Coverage for employees while they travel on business or pleasure.
Health Club Memberships
Good physical health is critical to success in all aspects of life, including work. For this reason, Hill & Knowlton Canada supports employees in their efforts to sustain good health. All employees are eligible for subsidized health club memberships.
Vacation
Although Hill & Knowlton Canada is a fun and exciting place to work, we know that our employees like to have fun in other places as well. To ensure our employees have the time to both adventure and relax, they receive three weeks vacation annually, and four weeks annually after they have been with the company for five years.
Group RRSP
Hill & Knowlton Canada has established a group RRSP which allows its employees to save before tax dollars for their retirement. Employees with three years of service will receive corporate matching of their contributions for up to 3% of their gross earnings.
WPP Worldwide Ownership Plan
WPP is the parent company of Hill & Knowlton. All employees with two years of service are granted WPP stock options on an annual basis. These options give employees a stake in the future success of WPP, as measured by its stock price. Options may be exercised three years after the grant date.
Education Allowance
Hill & Knowlton Canada reimburses tuition for courses that are taken as part of individual and personal development plans.
