Receptionist/Office Assistant – Bilingual French and English

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant who thrives in a team oriented environment for our Ottawa office located at Metcalfe and Queen.  You will be responsible for general telephone inquiries, greeting visitors, managing room bookings and other general administrative tasks. 
 
You bring experience and interest in the receptionist position. You possess outstanding communications skills and an excellent telephone manner, excellent organizational and problem solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects under strict timelines. You have a professional demeanour and appearance. You bring a high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 
Finally, you are self motivated and disciplined and you have at least three years of reception and administrative experience, preferably in a professional service environment.

Financial Analyst (bilingual English - French) – Ottawa office

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who thrives in a team oriented environment for our Ottawa office, located at 55 Metcalfe Street.
 
You will work closely with the management team on finance related issues. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing WIPs, the billing process and payables, coordinating forecasts, secured revenue and utilization reports as well as other related schedules. You will assist the management team on presentations and projects. You will have one accounting direct report.
 
Qualifications
  • Creative and collaborative financial advisor to the leadership team
  • Solid Finance and Accounting background
  • Superior financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Solid experience with billings, reporting and reconciliations
  • Meeting deadlines and consistent attention to details is a must
  • 5 years of finance and accounting experience
  • At least, 2 years’ experience in a professional services firm
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Completion of 4th level CGA or equivalent CMA
  • Bilingual – English and French
  • Donovan accounting system (DDS) or Maconomy system experience
